Recently I fell in love with acrilycs but today I dumped them for Oil paints and a pack of tangy cheese dorritos! So yeah if any of you somehow has any tips on oils then tell me now =]

Also, I'd like to ask you all how long it takes you to create a piece of art you're satisfied with? Because I cant manage that and at the same time be doing my homework and all that.

Summer'08 is here!

Finally! And I'm going to make most of it. I want to go to a theme park, seeing as I've never actually been to one before (Unless you count Legoland as one). I mean a REAL theme park with a REAL roller coaster.

I have summer work for art set and I might post some of the pictures I took =] Basicly I have to take pictures inspired by Andy Goldsworthy, Ansel Asams and Karl Blossfeldt and I like it a lot. I live on a farm and it's a perfect place for this kind of project.

I just really want the summer holidays to start. The school has been so shit lately, it's actually unbelievable. My friends all sort of go off to hang out with someone else and have their secrets & worlds (apart from two people [V.W] who is still the same and great as she always was and maybe two others) I just reeeeeaaaaally want a break from it all.

Anyways I noticed that I usually draw soo much more in the holidays, and hardly ever when I'm at school. It won't probably change much seeing as I'll be in year 10 next year and will be starting my GCSE's (yea I did pick art).

Well I doodle im my school journal lots... I started in September and each month I doodled more and more (my journal lasts for the whole school year) I might even scan the pages and post them here, I think it would be quite cool to see how I progressed throughout the year =]

_{Why is it that people don't read artists descriptions? I'm not talking about me here (obviously) but if you look at any well known artist's picture comments you always get them people asking things that have aleady been said.

And by reading those things you can actually improve, because the chance is that they will always write soemthing at least a lil bit uselful.

Anywayyys that's just what I think.

Oh, and why is it that fanartists get mure attention than those that draw OCs ? Hmm.

Moving on, I don't know why I'm posting this, I guess I just got bored with my last journal entry. Over and out!}

I am greatly inspired by 'So You Think You Can Dance' program on the TV so I have this lil project in my mind. You can expect to see more art from me in the next two weeks seeing as its my Easter Holidays (just without the Easter part ). I'm supposed to be revising for my year 9 SATs shizzle and do my History assesment, but I really can't be assed, so instead I'm going to use the time to produce some pretty cool arty stuff.

I'm currently learning how to work with them evil spiteful things called the watercolor paints :3

So if you came across my page - just keep an eye on it, maybe in few days I might upload something that could interest you. Who knows?
